Hi, everyone. Hope you’re well!
If you’re interested in living overseas, studying abroad, working abroad, you will need to have proof of your English knowledge. And the IELTS exam is one of the ways to do it. The test is accepted pretty much everywhere nowadays, of course you need to do your research to make sure it is the best test you will need for your plans. But it is very common, I’ll leave it at that.
In today’s episode, I’ll be joined by Aubrey Carter, who is a certified IELTS instructor. She works with the All Ears English Podcast and is a host on the IELTs Energy Podcast. Aubrey is a wealth of knowledge, and you can get the chance to talk to Aubrey by signing up to 3 Keys IELTS, which is a course that was designed by Jessica Beck, a former IELTS examiner of 14 years. She was on this podcast as well in episode number 104, when she talked about the IELTS exam, what it contains, what it’s all about, and whether or not you should be taking it.
Now, by signing up to the Personal Coach Plan, you will gain access to a study plan and lectures as well as personalized one-on-one classes with expert IELTS coaches, and they’ll ensure that you get a seven or higher on the exam. There are so many students out there that have served as proof that the structure, methodology and just their system in general works.
As a listener of the American English Podcast, you will receive a $50 off coupon if you sign up with me, so I will provide links to access that course in the episode notes.
Once again, if you want to live, work or study overseas and if IELTS is one of the tests you can take to accomplish your goals, which is highly likely, consider taking 3 Keys IELTS to avoid having to take that test twice. Today, Aubrey and I are going to discuss three different expressions that you can use on the IELTS exam, but you don’t need to be taking the IELTS exam in order to use these. These expressions are extremely common; that you can insert into conversation here and there, about any sort of topic. So I want to jump right into this. Without any further ado, let’s welcome our guest, Aubrey Carter!
