065 - Chats with Shana: Nesting

Hi Everyone!

In this episode, you’ll learn about nesting, the process in which pregnant women (some men!) and animals prepare their environment for the birth of a newborn.

Hi, everyone. I hope that you’re doing well wherever you’re at in the world. Today is going to be another “Chats with Shana” episode where I speak casually about life and everything that’s been going on with me, my family and the world around us.

If this is the first time you’ve listened to an episode of this type just be aware it’s a little bit more unprepared than other episodes. I speak in a free-flowing fashion. I will ramble. But there is a good reason why I do these episodes, it’s because they’re natural.

I’m not really sure if I mentioned this before, but way back when I was a youngin’, or in my college years, I studied abroad in Berlin, Germany. At the time I was learning German and every day on my way to class I would listen to a podcast called Schlaflos in Muenchen, which was hosted by a quirky, intelligent woman named Annik.
