By Shana Thompson

Hi, everybody. Wow. Last week was insanely busy. It was so jam-packed with events that I felt like a chicken with its head cut off. I don’t know how people managed to organize their time in the first few weeks of December. I’m just pretty much running on coffee and cookies and hot chocolate over here.

I’m curious, how are your first weeks in December? Are they hectic? Is this feeling mutual?

A lot of listeners have written to me over the past few months about how they liked the “Chats with Shana” episodes. These are casual episodes where I speak without preparation about specific topics, ideas or just about our lives in California. My family members’ lives, I mean.
